Do you usually use "cloudy" when you're inside with some natural light? And it looks like alot of light in this photo- why ISO 1000?

I find that cloudy typically works best for window light. Sometimes I have to fine tune it to get what I want.
Part of the reason it looks like there is a lot of light is that the ISO was 1000. At a lower ISO the picture would look darker. I chose f4 intentionally with this shot, and didn't want to go slower than 1/60, so ISO 1000 was needed for a proper exposure.
The light is pretty even in the shot thanks to a big window, but it wasn't very bright.
